Celebration Of Life Services

Honor the memory of your loved one in a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. Our Event Center staff graciously handles all of your special needs, customizing each service to your preferences and tastes. If you wish, we can design a themed décor and plan a musical program that’s meaningful to you. With our state of the art lighting and sound systems, we are able to provide a wide range of live music options, including professional singers. The Event Center’s 72” HD television screens make it possible for you to share a beautiful memorial video presentation or slideshow. For your convenience, we offer onsite florists, experienced photographers, plus a gourmet kitchen and vintage bar.

You may also wish for us to create an online obituary or a made-to-order keepsake for your guests. Other services include limousine and town car transportation to the cemetery, mortuary or church. Ordained ministers are available by request. Let us orchestrate an event that will be a memorable tribute as unique as the one you love.

All packages will require $250 non-refundable deposit for cleaning/damages and will be reimbursed after the ceremony if all is in good standing.

Ceremonies on weekends must be following a cemetery interment/inurnment or on a separate day. (Last cemetery placements are at 3:30 pm.)

Additional Options: It is lawful to have a body present for an offsite funeral. Mortuary staff will be present through the ceremony and return the body to the mortuary/cemetery.

Hair and make-up can be done by our staff at the mortuary at the family’s request and can be included in our bill.

Flowers can be created for a viewing at the mortuary/burial. (Most mortuaries do not have their own florists or contracts with florists. Guests can order arrangements from us, and we can deliver them.)

Memorial Folders can be created here. (Many low-cost cremation facilities do not have or have only limited options for memorial folders/programs.)

Our entertainment staff can be booked for offsite performances at the church, mortuary, or cemetery.

Ministers: Most clergy receive a $200 honorarium for performing a ceremony. ($400 for a rabbi)

Insurance Assignments can be done for our portion of the bill with a mortuary, but only if the mortuary receives more than our charges. The Event Center understands that the payment may take two months or more to receive due to their policies and death certificate availability.

Services should be referred to as "Celebrations of Life", "Tributes", " or "Honoring," etc., rather than as memorial services, to avoid misrepresentation of services.

As a legal precaution, all pricing will follow FTC guidelines.

Licensed staff may state that they are experienced but are not acting as a "funeral director/arranger" in a non-funeral establishment.

Only licensed life insurance agents may discuss the use of life insurance policies/fees or assignments to life insurance policies.

Food with a body present should be kept in a separate area closer to the back of the room and not near the human remains.
